10 km run, check. You've probably already completed a half marathon, some even a marathon.
But now comes something else - a milestone for some, a good training challenge for others:
you have to run 100 km in one week. No, not in one go, you can split it up however you like.

- Run where you are, at times that suit you.
- Track the distances with your watch / cell phone as proof.
- Enter the units you have completed on this website.
- Your distances will be added up as a team.
Within the specified week, all units entered must add up to 100 km (or slightly more). The net time (i.e. the total without breaks) is used for the ranking.
